You need a DAC.. (: There are plenty of VGA compatible DACs out there
that will convert the digital rgb into RS343 compatible signals that are
plugged directly into the vga monitor.. you'll also need the HSYNC and
VSYNC signals and the DAC clock signal..

well, as for the specs, resolution is pretty much about memory size and
not much hardware dependent.. the more memory you allocate, the better..
as for the vga_lcd specs, you can download them along with the core..

As for how to interface a 5coax multisync monitor, I'd have to say,
you'll need to contact the monitor manufacturer for specs.. god willing,
they'll be willing to release it.. else, good luck rev-eng it..
