And Insight builds a clone of the Xilinx parallel cable that they sell for
sixty bucks US.

Of course, if you want to be *really* cheap, Xilinx has the schematic for
the parallel III cable on their site.  One 74HC125, two diodes, 14 resistors,
five caps, and your time.
