Noted modification date of folder

is 4th April therefore re-downloaded v11r12.
Not sure what you have done Michele but mu now installs
correctly to fd0H1722.
Ref. fdformat:
Disks have always formatted correctly though I have not
dissected install script to check which version runs by
default.
