Yes, tomsrtbt is very good indeed, but why do you say no documentation?
You could argue that the "faq" at
http://www.toms.net/~toehser/rb/tomsrtbt.FAQ isn't really a faq, but it
contains lots of useful information, and there are man pages on the disk
and mailing list archives at http://toms.net/cgi-bin/wilma/tomsrtbt.

Well, under "tips" in the faq, he says:
"'Login as root' means the USER ID is "root"! I thought it was
obvious...",
so I think even he must have received a few exasperating messages in his
time.
