I checked. This new "netconfig", relatively to DHCP services,
is bugged. In the contrary, the old "ethconfig" works well.
dhcpcd start in foreground and never return, but network is up
and running.
I rivisited the "netconfig" script, with workaround for this old
dhcpcd server.
I will release soon a 7r3b with patches, etc.
