Yes. I have a similar internal ISA modem, which is on ttyS2 and works very
well with mulinux. Also check that ttyS0 and ttyS2 share the same interrupt by
default, so you must use setserial.
BTW, keep away from internal PCI modems: lots of them are WinModems :-(
