Im able to get mulinux to boot with a floppy and root=/dev/hda1 after
cloning but I cannot seem to figure out how to get it to just boot off the
hard disk.. using ext2 on the hard disk and nothing else.

also. other than tcp dump, is there anything else to monitor my ppp
connection in mulinux. Like my modem connection speed. Bytes in and out
etc...
