[oc] have anyone ever used XSV Board?

hi'

 

i want to know how to use the board. i've tried many times to download the bitstream into the board using parallel port.  but it always failed. after implementation process, some of the pin configurations are different with i assigned.  after that, i try to simulate the design implemented in FPGA using parallel port.  but the board doesn't react

is there anyone can help me?
