[oc] Cannot send mail to cores@opencores.org

Dear Opencores Admin,

For some time now, I have been unable to
send messages to 'cores@opencores.org'.
Could you please look into this problem
for me?  As far as I can tell, mail leaves
my end okay, but does not make it to the
mailing list.

This message has been sent to cores@opencores.org,
on the assumption it will not make it there.
Apologies to the list members if it does.  Hopefully
the fate of this message may give some hints as
to the problem.
