This is version 0.4 of SP, an SGML parser. This distribution contains
only MS-DOS executables and formatted documentation. The source code
is available for anonymous ftp from ftp.jclark.com in the directory
/pub/sp.

There are three programs included: nsgmls works in a similar way to
the sgmls parser and can also generate a RAST result in the form
specified by ISO 13673; spam is an SGML normalizer.

Both these programs depend on dos4gw.exe, a royalty-free DOS/4GW
32-bit DOS extender which is provided with Watcom C++. This is
Copyright (c) 1991-1994, Tenberry Software, Inc, and may be
distributed only as part of SP. Note that you can suppress the
startup banner using the command "set DOS4G=quiet".

See the file COPYING.TXT for copying permission.

Please report any bugs to me. When reporting bugs, please mention
that you are using MS-DOS version 0.4 and include a complete
self-contained file that will allow me to reproduce the bug.
