Creating Use Cases

Choose from any of the following methods to create a use case element.

Using the diagram toolbar button:

1. Click the Use Case button on the diagram toolbar.




2. Click on the diagram to create the element.

Using the diagram context menu:

1. In Diagram view, right click on the background.




2. From the context menu, select New > Use Case.

Using the element context menu:

1. In the UML Navigator view, right click on the use case diagram that will contain the new use case.




2. From the context menu, select New > Use Case.
