Editing Initial Node and Activity Final Elements

To edit the initial node or activity final elements:

  1. From the menubar, select Window > Show View > Properties.


  2. Select the element from either the UML Explorer, UML Navigator, or Diagram view.


  3. Edit the fields in the Properties view as necessary.

Renaming Initial Node and Activity Final Elements

Use either of the methods below to rename the initial node or activity final.

Using the context menu to rename an element:

  1. Right click on the element in either the UML Explorer, UML Navigator, or Diagram view.


  2. Select Rename from the context menu.


  3. Type the new name.


  4. Click Ok.

Using the Properties view to rename an element:

  1. From the menubar, select Window > Show View > Properties.


  2. Select the element in either the UML Explorer, UML Navigator, or Diagram view.


  3. Edit the name field in the Properties view.

NB: The names for the initial node and activity final elements are only visible in the Properties view, and as the nodes name in the UML Explorer or UML Navigator.
