You will probably want to use the UML Explorer as your primary navigational view in Together. The UML Explorer combines the UML Navigator and the Package Explorer views.
You can open the UML Explorer either of the following ways:
By opening the Together Modeling perspective:
From the main menu, select Window > Open Perspective > Together Modeling
Or, if Together Modeling does not appear in the menu...
From the main menu, select Window > Open Perspective > Other... > Together Modeling
By opening the UML Explorer view itself:
From the main menu, select Window > Show View > UML Explorer
Or, if UML Explorer does not appear in the menu...
From the main menu, select Window > Show View > Other... > Together Modeling > UML Explorer
The UML Explorer contains a number of icons, buttons, and context menu commands that you may want to be familiar with. For information about these, refer to UML Explorer View and UML Explorer Context Menus.
NB: When selecting an element in the UML Explorer view, the element is not automatically selected in the Diagram view. To show an element selected from the UML Explorer view in the Diagram view, right click the element in the UML Explorer view, and choose Select on Diagram.
