Using Show in Model

When selecting an element in the Editor, the element is not automatically selected in the UML Navigator view. To show an element selected from the Editor in the UML Navigator view, use the Show in Model command.

To use Show in Model:

1. In the Editor, highlight the code for a particular code element. For example, double click on the name of a class or an operation. Right click on the highlighted code.

   
   




2. From the context menu, choose Show in Model. The UML Navigator highlights the appropriate code element in the model tree.
