You can modify the Together Project properties using the Properties dialog. In the UML Explorer right click on the project and select Properties.
Amongst the general properties for a project, there are some Together specific properties:

| Design root path | change the name of the design folder used to store diagrams and design elements. |
| Patterns | change your pattern settings for this project. These settings are exactly the same as the Pattern Preferences, but only apply to the project. |
| Templates | enable/disable the project for storing templates. |
| UML Profiles | change which profiles should be used. |
