          Requester have the main task to perform HTTP requests and return IWDResponses.
IRequesterFactory
          A requester factory is able to handle out new IWDRequester for a given base URL.
IResponse
          IWDResponse represents the response to a HTTP request, as performed with an IWDRequest.
