This interface represents a state in state management.
A state has a unique ID within the defined lifecycle of a
resource, and a language-dependent description.

- Returns a meaningful desciption of a state.
This method is used to display the state in the user interface.

impLocale - locale to use for the language-dependent description- Returns:
- string with the description
getValue
public java.lang.String getValue()
- Deprecated. as of NW04. This method is not useful any longer. A state has
no value and is identified by its ID.
