root version resource in version history

getRootVersionRID

public RID getRootVersionRID()
                      throws ResourceException
Returns:
RID of root version in version history
Throws:
ResourceException - Exception raised in failure situation

getVersionControlledResourceRIDs

public IRidSet getVersionControlledResourceRIDs()
                                         throws ResourceException
Returns:
RIDs of VCRs for this VHR (or empty list when none exists or can't be located in scope of the repository manager)
Throws:
ResourceException - Exception raised in failure situation

getVersionControlledResourceRIDs

public IRidSet getVersionControlledResourceRIDs(RID scope)
                                         throws ResourceException
Parameters:
scope - scope in which to search for VCR
Returns:
RIDs of VCRs (one per resource) for this VHR (or empty list when none exists or can't be located in scope of the repository manager)
Throws:
ResourceException - Exception raised in failure situation

getVersionRIDByLabel

public RID getVersionRIDByLabel(java.lang.String label)
                         throws ResourceException
Parameters:
label - label to search for
Returns:
RID of version identified by the given label (or null if there's no version with that label)
Throws:
ResourceException - Exception raised in failure situation

getVersionResourceByLabel

public IResource getVersionResourceByLabel(java.lang.String label)
                                    throws ResourceException
Parameters:
label - label to search for
Returns:
version resource identified by the given label (or null if there's no version with that label)
