Importing the Root Certificate of the LDAP
DirectoryFor the J2EE Engine to trust the LDAP directory, you must import the root certificate of the LDAP directory certificate into the keystore of trusted Certification Authorities of the J2EE Engine.
You have downloaded the root certificate of the LDAP directory certificate. All formats are supported.

For more information on how to download the root certificate, consult the documentation of the directory server vendor. Alternatively download the certificate using a Web browser as follows:

i. In the Web browser, launch the following URL: https://<LDAP_server_name>:<SSL_port_of_LDAP_server>
A dialog box appears stating that the security certificate is issued by a company that you have not chosen to trust.
ii. Choose to view the certificate.
iii. Choose to view the certification path of the certificate.
iv. View and download the root certificate in the certification path.
For each server process that is to support SSL to the LDAP directory:
...
1. In the Visual Administrator, choose Server ® Services ® Key Storage.
2. Under Views, select the TrustedCAs view.
3. Choose Load.
4. Navigate to the location of the root certificate of the LDAP directory, select the file, and choose OK.
5. The root certificate of the LDAP directory appears in the list of entries of the TrustedCAs view.
