Scenarios 2+ and 3: Step 11 – Importing an Application into the Production System 

Use

You use this import to copy the software changes in your application to the production system. This completes the production cycle.

Prerequisites

You are in the Transport Studio of the Change Management Service (CMS).

You have approved the import of the software component into the production system.

Procedure

Select the Production tab page. The new version of the software component is in the import queue with the status Waiting for import.

Select the new software component and choose Import. If the import is successful, the status changes to Import finished.

Result

You have imported the application into the production system and deployed it in the production J2EE Engine. You can now go live with the application.
