Background documentation The User Interface Element Container Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Each container UI element can be assigned a layout that defines the alignment of the UI elements within the container UI element. The following are container UI elements: Structure linkGroup, Structure linkScroll Container, Structure linkTransparent Container, and Structure linkTray. The different layouts are represented by the following layout objects:

·        Structure linkFlow Layout

·        Structure linkGrid Layout

·        Structure linkMatrix Layout

·        Structure linkRow Layout

By default, one flow layout is created for each container UI element. Additional information is available under Structure linkLayout.

Furthermore, you can define layout data for each UI element, depending on the predefined layout. For example, the layout data affects the alignment of the UI elements within a grid cell in the grid layout and is represented by the corresponding layout data objects:

·        Structure linkFlow Data

·        Structure linkGrid Data

·        Structure linkMatrix Data

·        Structure linkMatrix Head Data

·        Structure linkRow Data

·        Structure linkRow Head Data
