Development Components Perspective
The Development Components perspective provides an overview of all locally available component projects and enables developers to specify component definitions.
In general, you display this perspective by choosing Window ® Open Perspective and then choosing Development Components.
This perspective combines two tools, the Component Browser and the Component Editor:
The Component Browser, implemented as a view, shows the development components from the selected configuration that are currently being managed as development component projects by the developer. The name of each development component matches the project name.
The Component Editor is implemented as a multipage editor and enables the developer to maintain development component metadata – such as dependencies, public part definitions, inner component hierarchies, and the access control list.
