Adding and Removing a Component Archive to an Application 

Use

Use this procedure to add and remove a WAR, JAR or RAR archive files to the application archive.

Procedure

       1.      In your DLP project, choose the Assembler tab.

       2.      Choose the EAR component.

       3.      Add or remove an archive.

       4.      Save your changes.

Adding a Component Archive

...

       1.      Choose from the menu Assemble ® Add Archive. The File Chooser Window appears.

       2.      Browse to specify the archive file you want to add.

       3.      Click the OK button. The File Chooser Window is closed and the new archive is added to the list.

Removing a Component Archive

...

       1.      Choose an archive to remove.

       2.      Click the Assemble  ® Remove menu option or the button from the toolbar.

Result

Once you have added all the necessary components to the application archive, you can edit some of their settings. See Editing the Properties of an Archive and Archive Descriptors Management.
