Comparing Scripts and Results 

Use

Test scripts and test results are stored as XML files. You can perform a comparison between two files to find the differences. For more information about comparing resources, see the standard Eclipse documentation.

You can compare:

·        Two test scripts.

·        Two test results.

·        A test script and a test result.

Depending on which files you have chosen, you can choose:

·        Compare With Each Other

·        Compare UI – compares the <ui> tags

·        Compare Context – compares the <data> tags.

Procedure

       1.      In the Web Dynpro Explorer, select the two resources that are to be compared.

       2.      From the context menu, choose the relevant compare function.
