Mapping Users: User Enters Own Data 

Use

This iView allows users to enter their personal logon credentials for all component systems in which they have a user account. 

Procedure

...

      1.      Choose Personalize  ® Portal in the top right corner of the portal.

      2.      In the following screen, choose User Mapping.

      3.      In the System field, select the component system for which you wish to map your data.

Remember that if you are using Single Sign-On using SAP logon tickets to several SAP Systems, you only need to map to one leading SAP System.

The input fields for this system are displayed. Which input fields appear, depends on information from the system landscape definition.

      4.      Enter your user credentials for the system you have selected.

Note that if you require the user ID only for Single Sign-On with SAP logon tickets, you must still enter the password to validate the user ID you have entered.

      5.      Save your entries.
