Deploy Tool 
The Deploy Tool is a graphical user interface tool that generates and assembles archive components and deploys them on an J2EE Engine. You can use this tool to create J2EE components from existing class files and deployment descriptors, to assemble these components in an application EAR, to edit its deployment properties, and to deploy an EAR on the specified J2EE Engine cluster elements.
