WSDL Generation Servlet

This is a servlet that can be used to generate the WSDL of a WSD. It is mainly used automatically by the tools, but if a user wants to generate the WSDL of an uploaded WSD, he or she can send the following request:

http://<hostname>:<httpPort>/wsd2wsdl?wsd=<guid>, where <guid> is the Global Unique Identificator of the WSD.
