Procedure documentation Referencing a Model Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

The Web Dynpro Component provides interfaces for the data flow between the various Web Dynpro entities. To reference a Model you must define a model usage.

Prerequisites

You have already created the Web Dynpro component and the model to be referenced.

Procedure

To define a model usage, proceed as follows:

...

       1.      In the Web Dynpro Explorer view, choose the context menu entry This graphic is explained in the accompanying textAdd for the node This graphic is explained in the accompanying textUsed Models.

       2.      Choose one of the models already defined from the dialog box and choose OK to close. Save the changes.

Result

In the Web Dynpro Explorer, the referenced model is displayed as an element of the subnode This graphic is explained in the accompanying textUsed Models.
