User Data Export 

Use

This function allows you to export users for one or more companies from SAP User Management Engine in Standard Format. Overall user administrators can export users for all companies. Delegated user administrators can only download users for their own company.

To export groups, use the export function in group management.

Integration

The export function is integrated in the user management administration console.

Features

In the export function, a list of companies is displayed. From this list you can select the company (or companies) for whom you want to export the users.

When you choose Export, the user data appears in standard format in the browser window. You can save the data as a text file directly from the browser or copy and paste the text to the local file system.
