Use

The user management administration console is a Web-based tool that provides administrators with the functions they need to manage users, groups, roles, and user-related data in SAP User Management Engine (UME). It comes in two forms:

·        As a standalone Web-based tool

·        If you are using UME with SAP Enterprise Portal, the administration console is integrated in the User Administration role

Features

You start the administration console using the following URL:

http://<J2EE_Engine_Server>:<J2EE_Engine_HTTP_port>/useradmin

Example

http://myserver.mycompany.com:2080/useradmin

If you are using SAP Enterprise Portal, start the administration console by choosing User Administration in the top-level navigation.

The following table presents a list of the activities that you can perform using the administration console and explains how to navigate to the functions, depending on whether you are using SAP Enterprise Portal or the standalone tool.
