Guest Users

Users who do not belong to a company or who have registered as company users and are pending approval. Guest users belong to the default group Authenticated Users.

Company Users

Users assigned to a company, who have been approved by a user administrator. If delegated user administration is in place, they are administered by the delegated user administrator(s) for their company. Company users belong to the default group Authenticated Users.

Named Anonymous Users

Users that can access the portal without any form of authentication. They are listed in ume.login.guest_user.uniqueids in UME properties and are automatically assigned to the default group Anonymous Users. They exist either in the user data store or as service users.
