Developing Web Applications 
This section of the Development Manual describes the technologies and tools that you can use to develop and deploy Web applications on the SAP Web AS. The SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio supports two different approaches for developing enterprise Web applications.
The first part of this documentation introduces Web Dynpro, SAP’s new generation of UI technology, which is aimed at the development of Web applications in large scale projects. Web Dynpro meets both requirements for design standards and for reuse of applications components and also provides highly efficient support for the developer at design time.
The other part of the documentation deals with Web applications according to the J2EE standard. It describes the development process of J2EE Web components like JSPs and servlets.
The last part of this section contains a special topic concerning internationalization issues.
