Use

The getBackLabel method of the ClientInfo interface specifies whether or not a mobile device is to appear on the top of the screen using the label attribute of the <do> WML tag. (See also isBackHardWired Method).

If the label attribute is not used for the label, you should not assign a label attribute to the <do> tag or you should use another type (for example, type="options") or a link.
