Properties for User Mapping
There are two system properties that have an effect on the user mapping tool. You can define whether users, or administrators, or both can map user data for this system using the property UserMappingType. You can define which credentials are mapped for a particular system using the property UserMappingFields.
The following table describes the properties in more detail. For details on how to edit the properties of a system, see Editing Systems.

You must define a system alias for a system, otherwise it will not appear in the user mapping tool.

User Mapping Fields |
Semi-colon-separated list of fields that you wish to appear as an entry field for a system in the user mapping function. By entering a comma-separated list of values in curly brackets ({,}) in front of the field name, you can define a range of values that are displayed in a drop-down listbox for that field. For example, if you enter {100,200,300}Client;Language the following will appear in the user mapping function: · a field labelled Client with a drop-down listbox allowing you to choose from the values 100, 200, or 300 · a field labelled Language in which you can enter free text |
