Adding Modules to Enterprise Application Projects 
Use
If the required EJB Module and Web Module projects were not referenced during the creation of the Enterprise Application project, you can add them later.
Prerequisites
The modules to be referenced are in the workspace.
Procedure
1. In the J2EE Explorer or J2EE DC Explorer, select the Enterprise Application project.
2. From the context menu, choose Add Modules.
3. Select the Web Module and EJB Module projects to be referenced.
4. Choose OK.
Result
The referenced modules appear under the application.xml node. for example:
