Process documentation EJB JAR Properties Management

Purpose

You can set different types of properties of the EJB Jar, depending on the types of beans that it contains.

Note

The Security, Transaction and Additional tabs are available for all types of EJB JARs.

Process Flow

...

       1.      Choose the Security tab. You can change all options in it. For more information, see Structure linkEditing the Security Properties of an EJB JAR.

       2.      Choose the Transaction tab. For more information, see Structure linkEditing the Transaction Properties of an EJB JAR.

       3.      Choose the Relation tab. This tab appears only when there is a container-managed entity bean in the structure of the EJB JAR. For more information, see Structure linkEditing the Relation Properties of an EJB JAR.

       4.      Choose the Persistent Mapping tab. See Structure linkEditing the EJB JAR Persistent Mappings. This tab is available only for EJB JARs that contain container-managed entity beans.

       5.      Choose the Additional tab. You can only view the existing settings.
