   Hi,

		Don't know about other but long time ago when I wrote a
10/100 MAC there was no PHY model at a time and it might be the case why
no one reply.

Why don't you simple write a phy module ? 

basicly it is a fifo with two separate channel Rx/Tx and some async
signal like crs and col.

as for the clock it will be good to make a clock with random jitter and
that each run it will also random a the ppm.
