[oc] SDLC protocol on windows 2000 server

Hi,
    I have to configure a modem connectivity to windows 2000 server.
The following are the properties.
      protocol: SDLC
      mode: Synchronous

Can you please tell me how can i do it in windows 2000 server. I did not
find any SDLC protocol stack in 2000 server.
