Just to be completely clear, "open source" free and $0 free are
orthogonal versions of free.  Either or both, or indeed neither, can
apply to a given set of code, hw, documentation etc.  Anyone know how
like the GPL the SystemC license is?

And to be pedantic, the cost of downloading the code is not $0 (at
least not on my dial-up :-)
