Arachne v1.95;GPL DOS 

The self extracting .EXE has been zipped into a195gpl.zip.
(most of the add-on features are commented out
but can be easily re-enabled as you become more experienced)
Download this file and then unzip the contained SFX file itself.
(ZIP file contains.... a195gpl.exe) 

v195;GPL is essentially Joe's v1.90;J1 with just few small 'tweaks'

Most notably.... as with the last few 'silent updates' to v1.93,
Arachne now achieves 'full speed' capability on cable/DSL connections.
(she is now reaching speeds of 320kb/sec on my 3megabit/sec DSL)
