Introduction

The translit.uk package provides a straightforward and reliable method for transliterating Ukrainian Cyrillic text into Latin characters. Installation

Function Overview

translit Function

Description:

The translit function converts a given string from Ukrainian Cyrillic to Latin characters using predefined transliteration rules.

Usage:

library(translit.uk)
translit('строка')

Arguments:

• string: A character string in Ukrainian Cyrillic that needs to be transliterated. The input must be of type character

Value:

Returns a character string where all Ukrainian Cyrillic letters have been transliterated to Latin letters based on predefined rules.
