Client package with major interfaces:

- command line insterface psql

- C and C++ library (shared)

- ecpg and libecpg (shared)

- Tcl/Tk (shared)

- PgAccess (a Tcl/Tk application)

- most of the man pages

A useful package if you want to setup a PostgreSQL client machine.
