Controls the spooling and transmission of Usenet news. Cnews is typically used with UUCP -- for NNTP connections INN is usually a better choice.
To activate the cnews-system, you have to edit the crontab belonging to root or news. An example crontab can be found under /var/lib/news/crontab.
