"irw" bleibt still

Hallo,

ich bin vor ein paar Tagen von Gentoo auf easyvdr als VDR Distribution umgestiegen, weil mich die ewige compiliererei unter Gentoo ein wenig gestört hat
Jedenfalls habe ich folgendes Problem: Ich benutze eine TT2300 und die mitgelieferte Fernbedienung.
Da bereits unter Gentoo die FB teilweise aussetzte oder nicht erkannt wurde (die Buchse liegt beinahe unter dem Slotblech und somit sitzt der Stecker sehr sehr locker), dachte ich zunächst, dass das das Problem sei. Daher kaufte ich mir auf ebay einen seriellen IR Empfänger (der extra als LIRC-Kompatibel ausgepriesen wurde) um o.g. Möglichkeit auszuschließen.

Trotz einer frischen Installation von easyvdr und dem seriellen Empfänger bekomme ich keine Ausgabe von "irw". Selbst wenn ich die normalen FBs für meinen Fernseher usw. probiere (die ja eigentlich auch ein output liefern sollten, richtig?).

Hier noch ein paar Logs:

Ich kann mich irren, aber irw funktioniert imho nur wenn die FB auch angelernt wurde.

hast du die lircd.conf und die remote.conf für deine fb schon ins system kopiert ??
was sagt er denn wenn du irrecord eingibst

Hallo,
irw geht nur, wenn der VDR nicht auf den lirc zugreift.
Also in der Konsole "stopvdr" eingeben und dann den entsprechenden lirc wieder starten.
"lirc_on_com1" oder "lirc_on_com2" dann sollte irw auch gehen.
ausserdem hat noclue recht. irw gibt nur wieder, was anhand der lircd.conf bereits angelernt ist.
wenn du eine  neue lircd.conf erstellen möchtest, heisst das tool "irrecord".

Ich hab mich jetzt mal ein wenig mit irrecord usw. auseinandergesetzt. Hier meine (eher ernüchternden) Ergebnisse:

easyVDR:~# irrecord /etc/lircd.conf

Wenn ich vorher "stopvdr" ausführe, ändert das nichts an der Ausgabe.

Wo finde ich denn die lircd.conf / remote.conf für die mitgelieferte FB der TT2300? Mehr Infos zu FB hab ich leider auch nicht, da keine Herstellerbezeichnung/Typ auf ihr angegeben ist

was bei mir immer geholfen hat bei dieser meldung:

ich hab dann einfach die lircd.con gelöscht, neu gebooted und dann irrecord nochmals ausgeführt

die config dateien gibts hier:

Hab jetzt mal die /etc/lircd.conf gelöscht, den PC neugebootet und es nochmal mit irrecord versucht.
Die Fehlermeldungen bleiben jedoch gleich

nach dem stopvdr ist lirc beendet. Dann geht nischt.
Du must mir lirc_on_comx (1 oder 2) lirc wieder starten. Dann sollte irw und irrecord gehen.

Bei gestarteten VDR ist der lirc-Port ja vom VDR belegt.
Bei nicht gestarteten VDR (durch stopvdr) ist das /dev/lirc-Device nicht mehr vorhanden.

vielen Dank für den Tipp. Meine Leitung hat mal wieder bis zum Mond gereicht
Also hier nochmal die Zusammenfassung:

1. stopvdr
2. mv /etc/lircd.conf /etc/lircd.conf.old
3. lirc_on_com1 bzw. lirc_on_com2
4. irrecord /etc/lircd.conf
5. startvdr

Ich hatte "lirc_on_com1" für einen Paramter oder sonstwas gehalten, aber nicht daran gedacht, es mal als Kommando auszuführen *platsch*

Soweit funktioniert die FB jetzt, aber sie reagiert ziemlich träge, kann ich da was dran ändern, oder ist das einfach ein Hardware-Problem?

bitte füge in den Header "min_repeat      0" mal überhalb des Eintrags "toggle_bit  x" in eine eigene Zeile ein.

Wenn das zu sensibel ist, dann poste bitte mal deinen Wert von "min_repeat",

Habe deinen Vorschlag befolgt. Hat zwar nur eine minimale (vielleicht auch Placebo?) Veränderung gebracht, aber immerhin besser als nix
