Patch to allow Tk access to selections other than XA_PRIMARY 
  - adds   "-name xxxxx" to send of Tcl selection command
  - various Tk_XXXXNamedXXXX C functions.

Useful for co-existance under Sun's Openwindows

Use patch -p1 <this-file against tk3.6
