DESCRIPTION

  The Windows1258 software provides character oriented Perl scripting
  environment in Windows-1258 by easy installation and easy usage.

  - Byte oriented built-in functions

  - Character oriented subroutines
  - Byte oriented regular expression on /b modifier

INSTALLATION

  Just copy Windows1258.pm and Ewindows1258.pm to your @INC directory.
  for example, to C:\Perl\site\lib

SUBROUTINES

  Windows1258::length(charstring)
  Windows1258::substr(charstring, charpos, charlen)
  etc
