'LiVES' lets you 'scratch' with video - that is, move smoothly
backwards and forwards through it, and record yourself doing so. It
can output to divx, asf, vob, vcd, mjpeg or mpeg1, or any other format
using encoder plugins. Resampling of video (time stretching) can be
to any frame rate (.5 to 200 fps) with the option to auto-resample
between clips and alter the playback speed of video and audio
independently. The audio portion works with mp3, ogg, or wav files.
