Xpenguins is themable, so you can substitute either turtles (included
with the distribution) or download extra themes from
http://xpenguins.seul.org/#themes. A gimp script that may help
develop other themes is available from
http://xpenguins.seul.org/lay-out-frames.scm. The penguins are not
visible if you run the KDE 2 desktop.
