No.

You are using Virtual Silicon RAMs (define ETH_VIRTUAL_SILICON_RAM in
eth_defines.v file).
Since those RAMs are proprietary, they are not included in the design.
Switch the define
off and you'll use the generic RAM made from flip-flops.
