[ethmac] TPauseRq

Has anybody used this core to transmit control frames?

Based on my understanding the RTL code, it depends on both TxFlow 
and TPauseRq. TxFlow is driven by CRTLMODER[2] (its description in the 
spec seems to have typos). However, I do not see how TPauseRq is 
triggered externally. A wire r_TPauseRq is in eth_top.v but it does not 
connect anything.

Maybe this is still on somebody's to-do list?
